2-1. Why can’t I login my MacBook after I paired?


For MacOS, there are system limitations, you need unlock by passwords first, after that you can unlock by GoTrust ID in standby, sleep and hibernate mode.

After paired, please make sure the Bluetooth is turned on for your MacBook and phone.




2-3. Why my MacBook can’t find my phone?


Please make sure the Bluetooth and GoTrust ID APP are turned on for your phone.

Please make sure the Bluetooth is turned on for your MacBook and phone.




2-5. My phone doesn’t have fingerprint function, can I enable Trust mode?


Yes, you can user Screen Lock Type on your phone.




2-6. Where do I switch to Trust mode?


You can open GoTrust ID APP on your phone and switch Fast mode to Trust mode on GoTrust ID mobile application.




2-7. If change a new phone, what should I do?


You can logout from old phone, remove the pairing from the application, and login your account from new phone, and start a new paring with your computer.




2-8. Why can’t I pair my phone with GoTrust ID in my MacBook?


Please make sure the Bluetooth is turned on for your MacBook and phone.




2-9. Why can’t I install GoTrust ID in my MacBook?


Please check MacBook version, macOS is 10.12 or above.




Why can’t I install GoTrust ID in my phone?


Please check your phone version, Android is 6.0 or above, iOS is 10.0 or above.
